INTRODUCTION.

We take pleasure in presenting this book,trusting that the information it contains will be ofinterest and service.

In compiling this catalogue we have includedsuch descriptive matter as will set forth the mainfeatures and advantages of our machinery, alsooutline drawings, gearing diagrams, floor spaces,speeds, production and other tables, and informationof use to all those interested in Cotton Mills.

Some of the information contained in this bookhas hitherto been presented in circular and bookform, but at the request of numerous friends andusers of our machinery we now issue this completecatalogue which contains considerable additionalinformation, besides which it is in a compactand convenient form.

Our machinery is extensively used, and is welland favorably known.

It will be our endeavor in the future to continueto make improvements and maintain the highstandard which has characterized our machineryin the past.
