The courteous reception given tothe First Edition of the Grand Junction Road Book, and thesubstantial proofs of approbation which a rapid sale hasafforded, render it a duty as proper as it is pleasant, for theAuthor and Publisher to return their joint thanks for the liberalpatronage already bestowed on their work; and to engage acontinuance of the same, by their assurances that in the presentedition every possible improvement has been carefully effected inits various departments.
