The Great Round World Prize Competitions

For Commercial Maps of the United States.
The Great Round World offers five prizes, each to be a bookcosting not over $2.50, and to be selected by the winners, for each ofthe best five commercial maps of the United States, to be sent in beforeFebruary 1st. These maps are to be filled in, without assistance, by thecontestants; Klemm's Relief Map of the United-States to be used for thispurpose; one of these Relief Maps will be sent without charge to anysubscriber who wishes to compete. Directions for the competition will befound in The Great Round World, No. 4, under story of "PioneerSettlers of Marietta, Ohio."
For the Best Set of Political Maps.

One set will be sent without charge to any yearly subscriber who wishes to compete.
A pair of skates will be given to the boy or girl who will fill in andsend the most complete set of political maps of the five continents byFebruary 1st. These maps are to be the Klemm's Relief Maps, and thepolitical divisions are to be represented entirely by color, with an indexon the margin of the maps to show which colors represent the differentnations. The skates given as this prize may be selected by the winner.
